    Columbia Barracks Aug 23 1900-- the yellow fever work. Reed and
Carroll have been at that for a
long time and they have notions
as to what we should do that
I dont agree with. They are not
inclined to attempt as much as
I would like to see done. They are
interested in the controversy with
Sanarelli and they think of that all
the time. I would rather try to find
the germ without bothering about
Sanarelli. The malaria work on
the other hand is my own and
they make no suggestions
